We use Gogo express and Grab/ Lalamove. We currently do NOT ship internationally .

What does "arriving" and "on hand" mean?

These IG highlights show all our available items. Arriving pairs will be ready for delivery at the end of the month. On hand pairs are ready for shipping asap! *delays may take up to one week*

Do you have a size guide?

We refer to standard US sizing. You may ask us for our size suggestions about specific pairs.

Is this item available?

We created IG highlights for available items. "ARRIVING" highlight refers to items arriving at the end of the month. "ON HAND" highlight refers to the items that are in stock and ready for shipping.

What if my order is not avaialble?

If your order is not under our "Arriving/On Hand" IG highlight, it will be placed under the next batch. ETA is always on the last week of the upcoming month. *delays may take up to one week*

When will my items arrive?

If your order is placed under a monthly batch, it will arrive on the last week of that month. (EX: March batch = ETA: Last week of March.) If your order is on hand, you can expect it in 1-4 days, depending on your area. If your order is arriving, you can also expect it on the last week of the current month. *delays may take up to one week.*

Can I exchange my pair if it doesn't fit?

Due to the rise of COVID cases, we CANNOT allow any exchanges. To avoid this problem, please send us a message beforehand so we can assist you with your inquiries regarding sizing.

Can I order in bulk?

Definitely. Please be reminded that we do monthly batches. If your orders are not on hand, they will be placed under the upcoming/current batch, together with everyone else's pre-orders. We cannot prioritize or rush a bulk order.

Do you have gifting options?

All shoes are wrapped and placed inside our Manila Espadrilles shoe box. Let us know in advance if you are gifting your order/s so we can allocate one box per shoe and label accordingly.

Do you do same day delivery?

Yes! Only if you are from Metro Manila and if your order is on hand.

Why did you send me a confirmation text?

We text all our customers to let them know the availability of their items. The confirmation text will remind you about the ETA of your order. We will also re-send our payment details in case you haven't settled your payment.

Can my shoes get wet?

Yes. The pairs with canvas/leatherette material can get wet. Although, if you wet the shoes made out of Abaca fiber, you may notice that it will get a bit tighter due to the water, but no worries! Once it dries up, it will return to its regular shape and color. While the bottom of every pair is rubberized, you can still wet the 'espadrille' part without having to worry about breaking the shoe.

How do I clean my shoes?

You can submerge the shoes in water, then proceed to hand wash it with mild soap to get rid of any dirt. Do NOT brush your shoes. You can also wash white canvas pairs with baking soda.

Can I get a refund?

We can only give you a full refund if your shoes are damaged or if we sent the wrong item/s. You'll have to send us proof of the damage within 1 day (upon delivery). Manila Espadrilles will not be issuing full refunds if your shoes do not fit, and if you fail to send us the proof of damage 1 day upon delivery. Again, to avoid this problem, please send us a message beforehand so we can assist you with your inquiries regarding sizing.

Can I place two orders for two batches?

Yes! If a pair from your order form is not on hand nor arriving, you can pre-order it for next month's batch (if you are willing to wait another 4 weeks). There will be an additional delivery fee (based on your area) for the next shipment.

Can I buy an extra box?

Yes. If you need an extra Manila Espadrilles shoe box please message us on Instagram. One additional box is php100. We can only send extra boxes to customers in Metro Manila.

Who can I contact for rush orders and inquiries?

Can I book my own grab/lalamove?

Yes. Message us on Instagram to arrange this. Only Metro Manila customers can book their own couriers.
